Abstract. The article is devoted to the study and teaching of Latin legal terminology at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University. It is presented in an
appropriate didactic form in its authentic form in the writings of the Roman jurists and in their interpretation, but also in view of its historical development and use in modern legal terminology.
