Abstract. The article briefly presents five new books that were promoted at a special event at the University Library of South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in June 2022. The books are both scientific and fiction and show the genre diversity and specific scientific interests of the members of the Faculty of Philology. All five
books were published in 2021, and their authors are prominent Bulgarian literary
critics, linguists and anthropologists, members of the faculty.
