Abstract. In times, where everyday life is constantly and dynamically changing, in relation to rapidly overwhelming unpredictable pandemics, we have the opportunity to preserve the health of children and students. An excellent tool for increasing people's health culture and habits for the rest of their lifes is the introduction of a discipline such as valeology. Future Physical Education teachers and kinesitherapists are professionals, who can help realize this difficult task by educating every member of society in believing that health is the greatest human value.
