The economic nature of transactions and contracts often equalizes them, but they are not identical. A transaction can be considered as done even against the will of the person, like coherent phenomena. So it can be analyzed has as an universal behavioral structure. The contract is a process in which the rights and obligations of the parties are considered in the transaction.
