place of Children\u2019s rights in upbringing (education)&nbsp;of children through three contexts (correspondently through the three kinds of&nbsp;relations. In the context of the fi rst relation the focus is child as social human being&nbsp;(children as social group, and upbringing (education) is discussed as a social right of&nbsp;the children and as a social obligation of adults. In the context of the second relation&nbsp;the focus are Human rights. Child is seen as a bearer and possessor of the rights. And&nbsp;her\/his upbringing (education) in Human and Children\u2019s Rights is seen as Human&nbsp;right. In the context of the third relation the focus is upbringing (education) as social&nbsp;phenomenon and the factors that defi ne is. main part provides defi nitions for \u2018standard\u2019 and \u2018DPR\u2019 (different perception&nbsp;and reproduction, dyslexia, etc.). The unique method \u2018TEMPL\u2019 (techniques and&nbsp;educational methods in psycholinguistics) is presented, which is a function of the&nbsp;system \u2018NAME\u2019 \u2013 new alternatives and methods in education \u2013 for children and&nbsp;adults with characteristics of DPR and dyslexia. The term \u2018psycho-linguistics\u2019 is&nbsp;determined. The reasons causing dyslexia, the functioning of the left and right&nbsp;hemisphere of the brain in normolexic and dyslexic people are discussed from a&nbsp;psycholinguistic point of view and through the method \u2018TEMPL\u2019. Dyslexia is not&nbsp;a disease but a problem \u2013 linguistic, educational and social. A few changes in the&nbsp;understanding and general explanation of the problem with DPR and dyslexia are&nbsp;summed up. Their main characteristics&nbsp;and functions were outlined. The results from a carried out survey of prejudices of&nbsp;young people of Bulgarian origin (n = 152; 108 men and 44 women; average age&nbsp;24.6 years) towards the in-group and the representatives of the main ethnic minorities:&nbsp;Turks, Roma and Jews, were presented. Through free associations, the relation&nbsp;between stereotypes and attitudes was studied in two social contexts: personal and&nbsp;community. The results show that the assessment of the minority groups is more&nbsp;positive in the former than in the latter context. The persons studied perceive most&nbsp;negatively the representatives of the Romani ethnos, more weakly negatively the&nbsp;Turks, and the attitudes towards the Jews are positive.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>Dr. Zornitza Ganeva<\/strong> is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education&nbsp;at Sofi a University \u201cSt. Kliment Ohridski\u201c, Bulgaria. \/>Abstract.<\/strong> In the introductory part the article presents the importance and trends&nbsp;of addictions to psychoactive substances in the world and the Republic of Bulgaria,&nbsp;supported by most recent research and independent investigations of the Global&nbsp;Commission on Drug Policy and the National Centre for Addictions.&nbsp;The exhibition offers the reader information based on the latest research, the&nbsp;secondary prevention and clinical practice family factors associated with the&nbsp;increased risk of addictions in the following order: problematic family and peer&nbsp;relationships, altered family structure, family adjustments and practices towards&nbsp;drugs, family life disorder, family history of drug abuse and addictions and physical&nbsp;and sexual abuse on children.&nbsp;The work and the drawn science protective family factors (risk-reduction) on&nbsp;the occurrence of addictions show: high level of perceived support from the family,&nbsp;the abstinence from drug use of older brother and strong attachment to parents,&nbsp;effective family relationships and the presence of stable supportive relatives such&nbsp;as grandparents or aunts.&nbsp;At the end of the material the author who has a long clinical consulting practice&nbsp;recommends algorithm for calculation and practical assessment based on the levels&nbsp;of occurrence \/>Abstract.<\/strong> Early school leaving is one of the biggest problems of contemporary&nbsp;Bulgarian education. Monitoring the movement of students during the school year,&nbsp;including school leavers and dropping out, is led by the National Statistical Institute&nbsp;\/NSI\/ and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science \/MOMN\/ (with the Center&nbsp;for Information Provision of education through platform by ADMIN-M). The&nbsp;material offers a modest attempt to analyze the specifi cs of the two systems for&nbsp;monitoring and reporting of those who left the educational system by presenting&nbsp;their advantages and disadvantages. In the paper we present measures for their&nbsp;individual improvement and for overcoming their differences in favor of the&nbsp;Bulgarian education.&nbsp;The research fi nish with a proposal for developing and testing a system of&nbsp;indicators aiming to monitor the dynamics of this group and to provide information&nbsp;to prevent denial of education in general.
